SPW Industries is proud to introduce their Los Angeles, California manufacturing facility. Introduced in the Fall of 2002, the manufacturing facility currently contains 40,000 square feet of Ïstate of the artÓ manufacturing, production and inventory area along with 1500 square feet of administrative and office space. Experienced personnel are currently operating the manufacturing facility with over 20 years experience in the commercial and aerospace industries with a specialization in specialty and production tooling. The current facility is capable of producing precision manufactured parts using 3-axis, 4th-axis and 5-axis mid and large CNC machine centers along with midsize CNC turning centers with c-axis capabilities. Unique to the facility will be the introduction of a Gear Hobbing Machine with a 20Ódiameter work area capability.

The facility includes DNC linked CNC machining centers to the latest CAM and Design software versions from MasterCAM products. Also featured are CAM workstations, precision broaching machine, precision measurement tables, gauges and a dedicated temperature controlled clean room for inspection and storage. The company operates 2 shift schedules with an upcoming implementation of ÏLights Out ManufacturingÓ operation to meet customer needs and deadlines.

SPW Industries welcomes new and existing customers in the commercial and aerospace business for OEM manufacturing, third party production and product quotation processes. Every part produced at SPW Industries is subject to a series of in-process inspection points. This practice requires each of our equipment operators to interrupt periodically machining activities to check part dimensions and key characteristics against customer specifications. Customers rely on our quality control programs to get the job done correctly.
